ZH-1800BFT UPGRADE Automatic Bottom Lock Type Folder Gluer Machine

 A.Feature:

1. The machine is running steady with strengthened driving system, and it is also easy for maintenance.

2. The motor is controlled by transducers (inverter) which are available for automatic timing. It is power saved and helps to work stably.

3. An electric adjusting system in the machine makes it more conveniently when adjusting the space of carriers which usually based on the double-face tooth rods adjusting system.

4. Feeder is controlled by a separated motor. Paper is usually feed by several thick belts under the help of vibration motor and induced draft motor. Feeding is continuous, exact and automatic with this system.

5. Grinders are provided in both sides of machine, to make gluing more stable and firm.

6. Two sets of gluing units: top unit for bottom glue and lower unit for side glue. All standard glue units apply line glue. Space adjustment is through the tooth rods.

7. PLC system and touch screen for easy operation. Out-put quantity/speed/counting etc., is able to set by this system.

8. A remote diagnosis helps to maintenance (remote controller system included), and a photoelectric system for speed control in pressing unit (Speed in pressing unit is corresponding automatically with the one in feeding unit). Counting through photo-electric sensor & electromagnet kicking.

9. Pressing unit with pneumatic design. And the upper belt is able to work separately. Pressing also by a sponge belt in this section to keep out-put in a perfect condition. A transverse paper collection table after the pressing unit helps to collect boxes quickly.

10. In the pre-folding part, the first fold at 180°,the third fold at 135°. The second fold and the fourth fold box at 180°. The correction section helps paper running and folding in the right line.

11. Spraying system and plasma device are for options. And the special design is available.

B．Component part：

1）Feeder section:

1. Feeder way: feeding is exact, automatic and continuous,(feeder is controlled by a separated motor)

2. Feeder section equip with four paper delivery knife, adjust the asymmetric length according to different boxes' types; whole set cooperate to finish the quick, easy, continuous, automatic and exact feeder; controlled by a separated motor

2）Correction section: 

Is made up of two lead rails, each lead rail is equipped with adjustable belt,  there is bearing with adjustable pressure on above belt, can correct the paperboard, insure to run in right line, deliver to next section.

3）Pre-folding section:

1. Forepart equip with pre-folding knife on left and right side, can pre-fold 180 degree for the side flap, the back part equip with pre-folding part unit on left and right side, can pre-fold 90-135 degree for any crease line, it helps to open the box more easily.

4）Bottom hooking section:

All gluing pots are removable; there is a top glue pot and a side glue pot on each side (left and right), use it when necessary according to box type. The flow of glue can be adjustable, and simplified maintenance; the top glue wheel's thickness is 4mm, can be used according to customer's special request.

5) Folding section:

Folding section is grouped by bottom belt and side belt; finish the second crease line and the forth crease line 180 degree on both sides (left and right) and forming; adjust the pressing wheels on left and right according to the position of box, to fold the box more smoothly.

6) Pre-Pressing section:

Belt adjustment system; adjust front and back quickly, it can be used for each kind of box, continuous and automatic downward paperboard delivery to insure the box can be delivered to clamping section orderly and exactly; equip with pneumatic box kicker.

7) Conveyor section：

It use matt surface belt and Sponge clamping belt, don’t crush the finished product; equip with air-pressure system; uniform pressure, deliver stable, insure the box quality. The delivery speed adjust automatically match up the main machine with photoelectric, also can be adjusted by 

manual.

D.Delivery: 

1).Service: According to the customer's requirement, we will arrange one technician to help you to install the machine and train the worker, but all the expenses like round-trip air tickets, accommodation, meals and allowance USD120/day, incurred therefrom shall be born by the buyer.

2).Warranty: 1 year. The manufacturer will send the buyer new parts which are damaged (no intentional and artificial damage). However, the courier should be covered by the customer.
