Warranty

In addition to product qualification certificate, our products are guaranteed as follows: 

Zhenhua Packaging machinery, in line with the national standard, international ISO and Europe Requirements specified by the CE standard. According to the quality and quantity in the contract, the warranty period is 12 months. During the warranty period, if any machine quality problem, after receipt buyer’s written notice, the seller’s engineers will arrive machine site to solve the problem within 5-7 days. The machine damaged due to violation operation of operator or faulty operation, all cost will be charged by the buyer.

Note:

1. The consumption parts of machine is beyond the scope of warranty.

2. The warranty period is 12 months after installation and debugging.

For Zhenhua Packaging machine under the contract, the seller is responsible for maintenance for lifelong and provide spare parts.
