ZHMY 1080/1100 automatic die cutting and creasing machine with stripping station is key equipment which is widely used for die cutting & creasing and cold embossing paper packaging and decoration products such as paper box, cartons, paper trademarks etc.
The unique drive gears adopts high precision intermittent mechanism, pneumatic lock version, pneumatic clutch, overpower protection, manual voltage regulation etc, to ensure the machine runs stable and high speed.
The machine is equipped with pre-stack device, secondary paper feeding device, speed changeable paper device, automatic paper collection device, pneumatic sampling, and automatic timing lubrication device, forced cooling device of main drive lubrication device, which ensure excellent performance.
The electronic and drive adopt international famous brand, to ensure the die cutting precision and operation reliability. The electronic system is controlled by PLC and electronic cam monitor; it controls machine running and monitor display, which is convenient for fault diagnosis.
Man-machine interface monitoring display system with instructions operation.
The cooling of electrical cabinet adopts air convection type, ensure the electric components work stably at uniform temperature.
